Diane Mickleson is a Nutritional Microscopist trained by Dr. Robert O Young. Coming from a background of Administration, co ordinating events, working with Government and Community Agencies within Rural NZ, Diane has always strived to live an active and healthy lifestyle. From the age of 40 years she found her health deteriorating and on 7 medications daily over the next 13 years. After an amazing experience on Dr Young's programme for the past 22 months has given Diane the motivation, energy and passion to take up the challenge of this new career. She has flown to California to train with Dr Young, and is looking forward to using this knowledge to help family, friends and the wider NZ to a healthier lifestyle.

The microscopy was pretty amazing, and accurate in terms of my health at the time (which I might add, I felt wasn't too bad), needless to say, it had so much potential for improvement. I started the pH Miracle Greens, puripHer, later adding chlorophyl.

I have been taking the greens for 6 months. I didn't immediately notice a difference, but approximately 4-5wks into it, I had to go out of town to work for a couple of weeks. This was an incredibly busy time, working early morning to late into the night. During this time, I realised with a shock that I had the stamina to endure and achieved what I needed to. I realised that when at work I would normally feel brain-dead around 3pm, I now have clarity and can easily apply myself well past this hour. I also attribute to the greens, better health and my ability to avoid illness. I am not great at eating the recommended diet as I love cafe food, especially tempting sweet treats, but I am aware of the benefits of the alkaline diet. I am slowly making small adjustments to my diet such as a reduction in eating meat. I ensure that I have regular exercise. All these things are a part of the journey and I know that I have, and will continue to reap the benefits of my decision.

I went to see Diane for a microscopy test in July, which I found to be a very valuable experience. To see the condition of my own blood on screen truly explained the poor level of health I was experiencing, such as low energy and poor digestion. From Diane’s advice I have started alkalising my diet and taking the pH miracle green drink. Already I have seen positive improvements with my health, and I am excited to continue on this journey, to receive the long term health benefits.
